World Thrombosis Day was October 13th, and Thrombosis Canada was involved in several World Thrombosis Day events. Support for these initiatives provided in part by an educational grant from Bayer Canada.
1) On October 14th, 2014, Thrombosis Canada President, Dr James Douketis hosted an online Webinar entitled New Oral Anticoagulants in Everyday Practice: Addressing Common Clinical Scenarios and Questions… Not Covered by the Big Trials.
