Objectives:
- Identify which ambulatory cancer patients are at high risk of venous thromboembolism (VTE)
- Describe the rationale for primary thromboprophylaxis in ambulatory cancer patients
- Apply data from recent clinical trials in clinical decision-making about primary thromboprophylaxis
